Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your course materials must not have been accessed by IP addresses other than the one used at the time of order. Further, course materials must not have been transmitted to third parties. These digital products have taken significant time to create and have been priced to be accessible to the widest possibly audience; we appreciate our customers keeping their materials to themselves.
